Free loyalty program and back office for bars

The Break-even calculator, the Profit by item screen and the Stamp card are free. They are set up for how a bar runs, including how many days a regular can be away before KANJIN flags them.

No card and no time limit. The calculators need no account at all.

How a bar runs

The numbers are set for your trade

Friday and Saturday pay for the week. The other five nights are open anyway, with the lights on and staff behind the counter.

30

days without a visit before KANJIN flags a regular

This is the default for a bar. Writing too early annoys people. Waiting too long means they have already found somewhere else. You can change the number in the back office.

A bar has a fixed number of seats and a fixed number of hours. The capacity calculator shows what a full Tuesday would be worth, which is the number a quiet-night offer has to be judged against.

The maximum assumes every seat is full on every turn, all day. No venue reaches it. For a busy restaurant, 60 to 70% is strong. Use the maximum as a ceiling to measure against, not a target. The gap is usually in the quiet hours.

Questions bar owners ask

When does KANJIN say a bar regular has stopped coming?
After 21 days by default. Regulars at a bar come weekly or more, so three weeks away is a real gap. You can change the number of days in the back office.
Can I run a quiet-night offer without a discount for everyone?
Yes. The email goes only to regulars who said yes to offers at the counter. The code is checked at the bar, so people who would have paid full price anyway do not see it.
Does KANJIN collect ages or ID?
No. It holds a phone number, an email address if given, and a count of visits and stamps. Age checks stay at the door, where the law puts them.
