Method
[vendor] means the vendor's own page; [directory] means Capterra or G2; [third-party] means a review or blog.
Vendor facts are used first. Directory or third-party figures appear only where the vendor page was blocked, and are labelled.
'not checked' means we did not confirm it.
'contact sales' means the vendor hides the price. We do not estimate it.
Prices change. Check the vendor’s own page before you buy.
Not included (5)
- Clover (Rewards): Price cannot be stated without guessing. Clover's own pages did not render (blank or HTTP 403, 2026-09-22 and 2026-10-05). The only figure (Customer Engagement Plus US$99 a month) comes from one undated loyalty-competitor blog that does not link Clover's pages, and our notes mark it unconfirmed. The Clover POS plan price that basic Rewards depends on was not checked.
- BentoBox: No price on the vendor page and no figure from any other source. It is sold only to Clover POS customers, and it is a restaurant website builder, not loyalty or review software.
- Popmenu: Vendor page blocked (HTTP 403). The only price is from a competitor blog that does not cite Popmenu's page, and loyalty, reviews and email were all not checked. Restaurant website and marketing suite: none of this dataset's five categories fits.
- SpotHopper: Out of scope, not a price problem: the vendor says contact sales. It is a restaurant website and social-posting service, and none of this dataset's five categories fits.
- Owner.com: Out of scope, not a price problem: the vendor page shows US$249 a month plus 5% per order, or US$499 flat. It is a restaurant website, online-ordering and branded-app suite, and none of this dataset's five categories fits.
