Free loyalty program and back office for barbershops

The Break-even calculator, the Profit by item screen and the Stamp card are free. They are set up for how a barbershop runs, including how many days a regular can be away before KANJIN flags them.

No card and no time limit. The calculators need no account at all.

How a barbershop runs

The numbers are set for your trade

Walk-ins cover the rent and regulars cover the wages. Knowing which regulars have stopped coming is worth more than another poster in the window.

56

days without a visit before KANJIN flags a regular

This is the default for a barbershop. Writing too early annoys people. Waiting too long means they have already found somewhere else. You can change the number in the back office.

A barbershop has almost no cost of goods. Break-even is mostly rent and chairs, so a few quiet days hurt more than in other trades.

What is left after cost of goods

We divide your monthly fixed costs by the 26 days you open. Then we add one day of labor cost. Each customer covers only what is left after cost of goods. That is why the number is higher than your costs divided by the average check.

Questions barbershop owners ask

What does my barbershop need to take each day?
A haircut costs almost nothing in materials, so nearly all of the price counts toward your costs. That makes the sum simple: rent divided by trading days, then divided by your average cut price.
How do I know which regulars have stopped coming?
The Stamp card records the last visit for every customer. KANJIN checks that against a 56-day window for barbers and lists the customers who have gone quiet. It also shows what one visit from each of them would be worth at your average ticket.
Do customers need an app?
No. A customer gives a phone number at the counter, and that is the whole card. On the paid plan they can also scan the QR code on the counter poster. It opens a plain web page with nothing to install.
