Built for local business
Free loyalty program and back office for pet groomers
The Break-even calculator, the Profit by item screen and the Stamp card are free. They are set up for how a grooming salon runs, including how many days a regular can be away before KANJIN flags them.
No card and no time limit. The calculators need no account at all.
How a grooming salon runs
The numbers are set for your trade
Dogs come back every six to eight weeks whether the owner plans it or not. The coat decides. The question is only whether the owner books with you again.
56
days without a visit before KANJIN flags a regular
This is the default for a grooming salon. Writing too early annoys people. Waiting too long means they have already found somewhere else. You can change the number in the back office.

A groomer can only do so many dogs a day, and a no-show is an hour that cannot be sold twice. The capacity calculator shows what a full week is worth and what each empty slot costs.

How full you are

Empty seats cost you
$4,248 / day
That is $127,440 a month, over 30 days.

Maximum daily sales

Your daily sales

The maximum assumes every seat is full on every turn, all day. No venue reaches it. For a busy restaurant, 60 to 70% is strong. Use the maximum as a ceiling to measure against, not a target. The gap is usually in the quiet hours.

Questions grooming salon owners ask
- When does KANJIN say a grooming client has lapsed?
- 56 days by default. A dog on a six-week cycle that is two weeks overdue is at eight weeks. You can set a longer window for breeds that come less often.
- Can the stamp card work per dog, not per owner?
- The card follows the phone number. An owner with two dogs collects stamps twice as fast, which most groomers are happy with. If you want one card per dog, give each dog its own number at the counter.
- What does the review request email say?
- You write it. KANJIN fills in the shop name, the link to your Google listing and an offer if you add one. It goes out some time after the visit, to everyone who gave an email.
