- Drafts a reply to a review you paste in, for you to read, edit and approve. Reviews will arrive by themselves once Google approves the connection

- Never asks for a "good" review or a "5-star" review
- Never posts a reply without a person pressing Approve & reply
- Never texts. Requests go by email, so there is no per-message fee

- Is asking customers for Google reviews allowed?
- Yes. Google allows you to ask customers for reviews. Google does not allow you to ask only the happy ones, or to offer anything for a review. KANJIN asks everyone who left an email and agreed, and offers nothing for it.
- What is review gating, and why does KANJIN refuse to do it?
- Review gating means checking how a customer feels first, then sending the happy ones to Google and the unhappy ones to a private form. It breaks Google’s rules, and listings that do it can have reviews removed. KANJIN does not have that feature and will not add it.
- When is the request sent?
- After the visit, at the time you set in Send it after, on the Google review requests screen. It starts at 60 minutes, while the visit is fresh. One request per customer after a visit, and one reminder 4 days later if they do not click. Then not again for a year.
- Do you reply to reviews for me?
- Paste a review, and KANJIN writes a draft reply. You read it, change what you want, and press Approve & reply. Nothing is posted by itself. The free plan gets 5 drafts a month, and the paid plan gets 20 a day. The free review reply generator on our tools page needs no account at all.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing for the first 20 requests each month. Review requests are part of the free plan, with no card and no trial to run out: 20 requests a calendar month, the same email, the same rules. The paid plan takes that cap off at $39 a month per location or $390 a year, and also includes win-back and slow-day emails, supplier and profit reports, and creator discovery. Nothing is charged until you choose to start.
