Google Review Reply Generator

Not sure what to say to that review?

Pick the stars and what the review was about. Get a calm, polite reply to copy into Google.

Most owners leave a bad review unanswered for weeks, because the first reply that comes to mind is a defensive one. The next customer reads the review and the silence. A short, calm reply fixes most of that: it thanks the customer, owns the problem without excuses, and asks them to get in touch. This tool writes that reply from what you tick, in your browser.

Thank you for telling us, and we are sorry your visit fell short. Waiting longer than you expected is not how we want a visit to go. Please get in touch with us at our shop directly, so we can hear more and put it right.

Read it before you post it, and change anything that does not sound like you. It offers nothing in return, because Google forbids that and every future customer reads it.

Everything you type stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

How this screen works

A reply shows you care. More reviews is the next step.

In the free back office, paste any review and KANJIN writes a reply to its exact words, five times a month. On the paid plan, KANJIN also asks each customer who agreed for an honest review after their visit.

How this works
  • Pick the stars and tick what the review was about. The reply is built from sentences written to the rules below, and changes as you tick.
  • A 4 or 5 star review gets thanks and a line about what they liked. A 3 star review gets thanks and the problem named. A 1 or 2 star review gets an apology without excuses and an invitation to get in touch directly.
  • It never offers anything: no discount, no free item, no refund. Google forbids offering anything for a review, and an offer in a public reply tells every future customer that complaining pays.
  • It never argues and never invents details. It says only what the review said.
  • It names your shop once. The reply is public, and search engines read it.
  • Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, and nothing you type leaves this page.
Common questions
Should I reply to every Google review?
Yes, and especially the bad ones. A calm reply to a bad review is read by everyone who looks at your listing afterwards, and it often matters more to them than the review itself.
Can I offer a discount to fix a bad review?
Not in the reply, and never in exchange for changing or removing the review. Google forbids it. Ask the customer to get in touch directly, and put it right there.
Does this use AI?
No. This page builds the reply from sentences, in your browser, so it works without an account. The free KANJIN back office has an AI that writes a reply to the review’s exact words, five times a month.
How fast should I reply?
Within a day or two if you can. A bad review with no reply for weeks reads as a shop that does not care.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The reply is put together on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
