What $39 adds
FreeEverything you have measured so far is free and stays free. This page shows what the paid plan adds, using your own list of regulars.
Open itHow to use it
- Read it with your own numbers on the page: how many regulars you have, and what reaching them once would be worth.
- Press Join early access. Billing is not live yet. Early access is free until 31 December 2026, and we switch your account on by hand.
- Check the team logins row. It is marked pending. Staff logins are coming, but they are not here yet.
What it does
- The difference between the plans is what KANJIN does for you. The free plan records your shop; the paid plan sends the emails, asks for the reviews, finds the creators, and builds the vendor settlement and profit reports from your ledger.
- Nothing is held back to make you upgrade. Folder backup, export and every calculator are free and stay free.
- The paid plan adds five things: automated Google review requests after a visit, Slow Day SOS emails to your regulars on a slow day or the night before rain with your delivery link inside, local creators found with the invitation already written, room for 1,000 customers instead of 150 with two email sends a week instead of one a month, and vendor settlement and profit reports from your ledger, printable for your accountant.
- The kiosk, the poster’s QR code and the customer’s own card page are free. They need the shared customer card switched on in Settings, and that is free too, for up to 150 customers. Paying is what lifts the caps and takes our line off the bottom of your emails.
- Up to five shops on one account, each billed on its own. The free plan covers one shop; see Locations.
