How to use it

1. 1Under Your review pages, paste your Google review link and press Check and save. To find it, search for your business on Google, press “Ask for reviews”, and copy the short link. KANJIN refuses a link that is not a review page, opens the link once, and tells you what it opens, so you can see it is yours.
2. 2Paste your Yelp business page in the second box and press Check and save. This one is for answering only. KANJIN never sends a customer to Yelp, because Yelp penalizes businesses that ask for reviews.
3. 3Set up the request: what it says, how long after the visit to send it, and whether one reminder follows four days later if the link was not clicked. The preview shows exactly what the customer gets. It can name the customer, you and the day; it can never carry an offer or a code.
4. 4Press Use the default to reset the wording to the version for your shop’s language.
5. 5Read the draft reply when a review comes in.
6. 6Edit the draft.
7. 7Approve it. Nothing is published until you do.
8. 8For a bad review, use the Negative Review Recovery Engine at the bottom: paste the review, press Generate Recovery Strategy, then Draft the reply. The draft is calm and professional and never offers anything. Read it, change what you want, press Approve, then Copy reply & open Google and paste it on your Google reviews page.

What it does

• The request goes to the customer’s email after the delay you set. It says who you are, thanks them for the visit, and links to your Google listing. No offer, no code, no condition: Google forbids all three, and KANJIN refuses wording that carries one.
• The three tiles under the form show the last 30 days: requests sent, reminders sent, and links clicked. Clicks are the only signal there is; Google does not say who went on to write a review.
• It is sent only when there is somewhere to send it: the customer left an email and ticked yes to hearing from you. A phone number alone gets a stamp and no email.
• Review requests are part of the paid plan. On the free plan the stamp card works and nothing is emailed.
• Google only allows one review per person. KANJIN asks a customer once, then waits at least a full year before asking again, and never asks someone who has already clicked through to your review page. You can lengthen the wait on the screen; the shortest allowed is a month.
• Do not use this for Yelp. Yelp penalizes businesses that ask for reviews.
• It asks for a review, not for a good review, and offers nothing for it. Filtering reviews by rating is against Google’s rules, and this screen cannot do it.
• Drafts on this screen are written by KANJIN’s own AI, at our cost, so there is a daily number: 20 drafts a shop a day, shown under the paste box. It resets at midnight, shop time. Approving and copying never count. The free Review replies screen is different: it uses your own Gemini key.
• Nothing posts by itself. On Google, once Google has approved KANJIN’s connection and you connect your Business Profile, pressing Approve posts the reply. Until then you press Open on Google and paste it. On Yelp you always paste it yourself: Yelp gives apps no way to post a reply.
• Approving again edits the reply instead of posting a second one.
• The public reply never carries a code, a discount or an offer of any kind. If you want to make a gesture, do it by phone or in person, and never in return for changing a review. Google forbids that, and the draft will not do it.
