What is happening at your shop this week: check-ins, stamps given, review requests sent, and the last emails sent.

Open it

How to use it

  1. Name the shop the first time you open it.
  2. Pick its language and currency. This sets the words your customers see on the kiosk and in email.
  3. Read the tiles: checked in today, the last seven days, review emails queued, and how many people can be emailed.
  4. Read What your emails brought in: how many of the people you emailed in the last 30 days came in within three days, and how many of those visits were extra, beyond their usual pattern. With your average sale entered in Settings it also shows that as money. It is an estimate; the How this is worked out link explains it.
  5. Use the tabs across the top for each job: Slow Day SOS, Rainy day, Email, Reviews, Win-back email, Find creators.

What it does

  • Until someone has checked in, the page explains the kiosk instead of showing zeros. Open the kiosk page on a tablet by the register. A customer who types their number there appears here within a second.
  • The counter and the customer list are not tabs. They stay on the free Stamp card screen, with the paid parts switched on. You keep using the screen you know.
  • The plan check is done on our side. If you are on the free plan, these tabs show what the paid step does, instead of a blank page.
  • A free shop can send one email to its list a month, to up to 150 people, and those emails carry one line saying KANJIN made them. The paid plan is two sends a week, up to 1,000 people, and no line of ours.
