Rainy day
PaidThe week’s forecast for your shop, and the email to your regulars written for the wet day you pick. You press Send.
Open itHow to use it
- Set where your shop is, once. The forecast is read for that address, and picking the place sets the shop’s time zone. The days shown are the shop’s days.
- Look at the seven days. Wet days are marked, with the chance of rain.
- Tap a day. The email is written for it: the weather, the day, your shop. Change any word.
- Add a discount code if you want one. Pick the delivery or booking link the email should carry.
- Choose when it goes: now, the evening before at 6 pm, or that morning at 9 am. Those are shop time, worked out from the time zone in Settings, so they do not move when you are away. The screen names the zone.
- Press Send. It goes to everyone who gave an email and said yes to offers.
What it does
- Nothing sends by itself. A wet week is not seven emails unless you send seven.
- A wet day is rain, snow, a storm, or a better than 60% chance of rain in the forecast. The chance of rain is only published for the Nordic countries; elsewhere the kind of weather decides.
- The forecast comes from MET Norway, the Norwegian weather service, and its name appears under the week.
- This counts as one of your two marketing emails a week, because you chose to send it. The screen shows how many are left.
- The code and the link are added at the end of the email. You decide what the code is worth at the counter.
- Your delivery and booking links are set in Settings and appear here to pick from.
