FreeOne door to the screens you read sitting down: break-even, profit by item, lost revenue, your sales analysed from Square or a CSV, and what your team costs.
Open itHow to use it
- The owner and managers can open this page. Counter staff cannot. Paying your team is the owner’s alone, so a manager cannot open that card.
- Three cards show at once. Paying your team waits a moment, because it depends on your trade.
- Open any of the four screens straight from Money: each one has its own row there.
- Or press Shop numbers in the classic menu. It opens a page with one card for each screen.
- Analyze your sales is on this page too. It reads a Square export or any CSV spreadsheet and shows your best and quietest days. If you knew it as Analyze your files, that was its name until the rename.
- Press a card to open that screen. Old bookmarks to these screens still work.
- Paying your team is on THIS page only for shops where a chair or a room is rented — salons, barbershops, nail studios and spas — because the question does not arise anywhere else. The row under Money is there for every shop, and a shop that has not said what it is keeps the card.
What it does
- In the classic menu these four used to be four separate rows, which took four of its twenty lines from the screens you touch on a shift. They are indented under Shop numbers there from 15 October: one press to open any of them, without taking a full row each.
- On a phone the whole classic menu is five buttons: Counter, Money, Grow, Settings and Lock. If you are signed in as one of us it is six, and the row slides sideways rather than pushing the page. Press one and it opens the screens inside it; press a screen and the list closes. It was a single row of about twenty you had to drag sideways, where the screen you were on was usually off the end of it. Lock is the one that hands the tablet to staff — it needs a Manager PIN, set in Settings. Signing out is inside Settings, with your plan and the rest of your settings; while the tablet is locked the five buttons are gone and Sign out sits beside the Manager | Counter switch instead, so a shift can be closed without the PIN. Nothing moved except Getting set up, which left the classic menu on 23 October 2026: a row that is there for ever, for a job you do once, against a bar across the top of every screen that names your next step and then goes away. The checklist is still there — the card on Today opens it.
- The cards carry the same descriptions the rows do, so a screen you already know is still the one you recognise.
- On the classic screens a shop that has not stamped a card yet sees a shorter menu on a computer — only the rows that get a shop going, to keep the first morning simple — and Shop numbers is not one of them. Press More tools at the bottom and everything is there. Once two customers have been stamped the full classic menu comes back on its own. The back office KANJIN opens on shows all five from the first morning.
