Profit by item
FreeEvery item or service on one chart: how much it earns against how often it sells. You can see what to push, fix or cut.
Open itHow to use it
- Press Add an item. Type its price, what it costs you to make, and how many you sell in a week. Six or more items make the chart useful.
- Read the four groups. Top earners: high profit and they sell often. Keep them as they are. Popular, low profit: they sell often but earn little each. Raise the price a little, or cut the cost. Profitable, rarely sold: put them where people see them. Low on both: cut them or change them.
- Switch between Profit % and Profit per sale. A cheap item with a high margin looks different on each.
What it does
- The lines that split the chart are the medians of your own items. Half your menu is always above each line. That stops everything landing in one corner.
- Weekly profit per item is price minus cost, times weekly sales. The Overview’s “earns you most” tile shows the top of that list.
- Items are kept on this device and in your export file.
