How to use it

1. 1Paste the review into the box. It is ready as soon as the page opens. Only the line that counts your replies waits a moment, because it reads your plan.
2. 2Above the box is a worked example: an awkward review and the reply KANJIN wrote for it. Use it to judge the writing before you set anything up.
3. 3The example is a hard one on purpose: a wait, a rushed customer and a complaint about the price. It names no trade and no currency.
4. 4Paste the review into the box.
5. 5Pick the stars they left and the tone.
6. 6Press Write a reply. A line under the button shows what your plan gives and how many you have used.
7. 7The free plan counts by the month. The paid plan counts by the day. Every screen with a limit uses the same line.
8. 8The classic menu shows the same count. On the free plan, Review replies, Review requests and Email your list each show what is left this month.
9. 9At nought that row says “0 left” rather than “Get more”. The count states the fact; the screen you press through to makes the offer, which is one offer instead of two in the same glance.
10. 10The reply appears in a box you can type in. Change any word before you copy it — it goes out in public under your name, and an AI has never met this customer. Pressing Write a reply again replaces it.
11. 11Edit the draft until it sounds like you.
12. 12Press Copy the reply, then post it on Google yourself. Nothing on this screen posts anywhere.
13. 13When the five are used, the screen offers your own Google key instead: get a free Gemini key from Google AI Studio, restrict it to the Gemini API, and paste it into Settings. If you already have a key, press Use my own key under the button at any time.

What it does

• From 25 October 2026 Grow has four rows: Find local creators, Google review requests, Email your regulars, and Check-ins. Open any of them from Grow, and they open in a panel beside Today. Google review requests opens a strip of three tabs across the top — Review requests, AI replies, Review tracker — and every one of them is the same address it always was, so a bookmark still works.
• The five free replies are written by KANJIN on our own AI account, with the same rules as the paid AI replies: no offer, no discount, no refund, no arguing, and nothing invented about the visit. A draft that breaks a rule is written again once, and refused if it breaks one again.
• The five are counted per shop and come back on the 1st of each month. The review you paste is sent to our AI provider to write the reply and is not kept by us; only the count is.
• Nothing that failed is counted, from 17 October 2026. If the AI cannot be reached, or if the draft breaks one of the rules twice and is refused, the reply you did not get is put back and your five are still five. Before that date both took one off. Refused drafts are counted separately instead, ten a day at most, because our own guard failing is our problem and not something you should be able to loop on forever either.
• With your own key, the key stays in your browser and is sent only to Google, when you press Write a reply. We never see it. The model follows Google’s current default; you can change it in Settings if a name stops working.
• On the paid plan the allowance is daily instead of monthly.
• The public Google Review Reply Generator on our tools page writes replies without an account, from sentences rather than AI. This screen writes to the review’s exact words.
