Review gap
FreeHow many five-star reviews in a row it takes to lift your rating to the shop down the road. And how many weeks that takes at your pace.
Open itHow to use it
- Type your rating and how many reviews it is based on, from your Google listing.
- Type the rating you want. Usually this is the rival’s rating.
- Type how many reviews you get in a normal week. The screen turns the gap into weeks.
What it does
- Under the weeks, a card offers the paid plan: KANJIN emails every customer for a Google review after their visit, once each and never filtered, which is how the gap closes without asking by hand.
- The count assumes every new review is five stars, so it is the best case. The real number is higher.
- It gets harder near the top. Moving from 4.2 to 4.5 takes far fewer reviews than 4.7 to 4.9. Each new review moves a high average less.
- A target of 5.0 is refused. No number of reviews reaches it once one review is below five.
