How to use it

1. 1Open Counter poster. Type your business name, how many visits earn a reward, and what the reward is. The sheet fills in as you type: “10 visits earns a free coffee.”
2. 2On the paid plan there is also a box for the big line on the kiosk page. Press Save the reward, and the kiosk, the counter and the poster all say the same thing.
3. 3Check the wording. The sheet tells customers to scan when staff say so, or to use the tablet at the counter. It never promises a stamp for a scan on its own, because the kiosk refuses one.
4. 4Press Print this page. It prints on A4 or Letter paper. The on-screen title and buttons are left off the page.
5. 5Stand the poster next to the tablet, where customers look while paying.

What it does

• The poster is about the stamp card only. It does not ask for a review. Google penalizes signs that offer something for a review, and a stamp next to a review ask reads as an offer.
• On the paid plan you do not need a review sign: the asking is automatic. When a new customer joins on the kiosk and leaves an email with a yes to hearing from you, KANJIN waits the delay you set on the Reviews screen and emails them your Google review link. It asks each person once, waits at least a year before it would ask again, and never asks anyone who has already clicked through to your review page.
• On the free plan the stamp card works the same, and no review email is sent.
• The code is printed when the shared customer card is on, which is free and is switched on in Settings. With it off there is no code, and the poster tells the customer to give their number to staff instead.
• A scan on its own earns nothing. The kiosk gives a stamp only when staff pressed Ready for the next scan within the last ten minutes, or on a tablet you paired from Settings. That is why the poster says to scan when staff say so.
• The customer-facing lines on the sheet print in the language you set for your shop, the same as the kiosk page.
• On the free plan the poster has one small line at the bottom: “Free stamp card by KANJIN” and the web address. The paid plan’s poster has no line of ours.
• Nothing is uploaded to make the sheet. Your browser draws it and sends it straight to the printer.
