Check-ins
PaidEvery phone number typed on your kiosk or at the counter, with when it happened and what followed.
Open itHow to use it
- Open the list. The newest is first. Each row shows the masked number, the visit, and whether a review request went out.
- Use it to check that a customer who says they joined is really on the list.
What it does
- Each row is one customer: the number they typed, when they last came, and whether the review email has gone out.
- A customer who did not tick the separate marketing yes still appears here. They just get no offers.
- A spreadsheet import never brings consent with it. Everyone arrives as not agreed, whatever the file says. They can say yes on the kiosk or from their card.
