How to use it

What it does

• Pick the stars and tick what the review was about. The reply is built from sentences written to the rules below, and changes as you tick.
• A 4 or 5 star review gets thanks and a line about what they liked. A 3 star review gets thanks and the problem named. A 1 or 2 star review gets an apology without excuses and an invitation to get in touch directly.
• It never offers anything: no discount, no free item, no refund. Google forbids offering anything for a review, and an offer in a public reply tells every future customer that complaining pays.
• It never argues and never invents details. It says only what the review said.
• It names your shop once. The reply is public, and search engines read it.
• Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, and nothing you type leaves this page.

Common questions

Should I reply to every Google review?

Yes, and especially the bad ones. A calm reply to a bad review is read by everyone who looks at your listing afterwards, and it often matters more to them than the review itself.

Can I offer a discount to fix a bad review?

Not in the reply, and never in exchange for changing or removing the review. Google forbids it. Ask the customer to get in touch directly, and put it right there.

Does this use AI?

No. This page builds the reply from sentences, in your browser, so it works without an account. The free KANJIN back office has an AI that writes a reply to the review’s exact words, five times a month.

How fast should I reply?

Within a day or two if you can. A bad review with no reply for weeks reads as a shop that does not care.

Is what I type sent anywhere?

No. The reply is put together on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
