Suggest a feature
FreeTell us what KANJIN should do next. Anyone who works at the shop can use it, and a person reads every one.
Open itHow to use it
- Open Suggest a feature, at the bottom of the menu.
- Write what is missing, what is awkward, or what you still do by hand every week. A sentence is enough; there is room for a page.
- Press Send it.
What it does
- Every role can use it, including a counter login. The person who stamps four hundred cards a week knows more about what the counter needs than anyone, and this is where they say so.
- The same box is under every free calculator on the website, for people who have not signed up. There it asks for an email as well, because we have no other way to reply; here we already have your address.
- We cannot promise to build what you ask for, and we would rather say so than let you find out by waiting. What we can promise is that it is read.
- If four shops ask for the same thing, that is how we find out. It is the whole reason this is a box and not an email address.
- Something broken, or something urgent, is better as an email to support@kanjin.app. A suggestion is for what KANJIN should do next, not for what it is doing wrong today.
- Nothing you write here is shown to another shop, ever.
PaidWhat the paid plan changes here
Nothing changes on this screen. A suggestion from a free shop counts the same as one from a paying shop.
What it costsCommon questions
- Will I get a reply?
- Not to every one, honestly. If what you asked for gets built, you will see it, and we will say where it came from.
- Can my staff send one without me seeing it?
- Yes. That is deliberate: a suggestion that has to be approved by the owner first is a suggestion nobody sends.
